Gurugram’s Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) has transformed into a prime real estate corridor in Delhi-NCR, connecting key areas like Sector 58 and NH-48. Once a relatively quiet stretch, Gurugram’s Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) has swiftly emerged as one of the most sought-after real estate corridors in Delhi-NCR. SPR is an arterial road that starts near Sector 58 on the Gurgaon-Faridabad Road and connects to NH-48 near Sector 74A, intersecting Sohna Road at Badshahpur Chowk along the way.

A thriving residential and commercial centre is developing along the SPR corridor. Sectors 74, 74A, and 75A are the hubs of commercial and industrial activity.
