BPTP to invest ₹1,200 crore to develop a residential project in Gurugram

BPTP plans to invest about ₹1,200 crore to develop a residential project – Downtown 66 in Sector 66, Gurugram, with an estimated gross development value of about ₹2,500 crore.
The project, located along Golf Course Extension Road, will comprise 504 residences in 3BHK and 3.5BHK configurations. Prices will start from ₹5.32 crore.
The project’s principal architecture and interior design are being handled by AEDAS, while Coopers Hill is the landscape consultant. Other consultants include RWD1, Manish Consultant, RSMS, ATN Consultants, Sanelac and Proion.
