Realty firm BPTP Group has awarded Rs 910 crore contract to BL Kashyap & Sons for its housing projects in Gurugram.

In a statement on Tuesday, BPTP said it has awarded Rs 910 crore civil works contract for two projects — Gaia Residences and Verti Greens– to BL Kashyap & Sons Ltd.

Manik Malik, CEO of BPTP, said the two projects together have about 4.2 million square feet of built-up area of premium residential development on Dwarka Expressway.

BPTP has delivered over 25,000 homes so far, mainly in Delhi-NCR. The company has developed commercial projects.

Earlier this month, BPTP Group said it will invest Rs 3,000 crore to develop a premium housing project in Gurugram as part of its expansion plan.

The company is developing a 12.05-acre project in Sector 102 on Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram, comprising around 1,600 apartments.

BPTP is developing this project in three phases. The company launched the first phase ‘Amstoria Verti Greens‘ earlier this year, comprising 885 homes. Recently, BPTP launched the second phase ‘GAIA Residences‘ with 531 apartments.
