Gurugram Property Rates: In the first quarter of the ongoing year, Dwarka Expressway region witnessed a 27 per cent year-on-year rise in the average property prices, which touched Rs 10,700 per sqft. In the first quarter of 2023, the rates were Rs 8,150 per sqft and Rs 9,200 per sqft in Q4 2023.

Real estate in Gurugram is reaping massive returns as the property rates in the city are witnessing an unprecedented jump. During the January-March 2024 quarter, the average property price in the city ranged between Rs 9,880 to Rs 10,400 per sqft, marking a substantial 28 per cent jump from Q1 of 2023.

In the first quarter of the last calendar year, the average property rates in Gurugram were between Rs 7,200 and Rs 7,400 per sqft. The findings have been made available by real estate consultant in its report titled ‘Gurugram Property Pricing Report Q1 2024’.

In the first quarter of the ongoing year, Dwarka Expressway region witnessed a 27 per cent year-on-year rise in the average property prices, which touched Rs 10,700 per sqft. In the first quarter of 2023, the rates were Rs 8,150 per sqft and Rs 9,200 per sqft in Q4 2023.

The biggest jump was seen in property rates in the MG Road area which witnessed a remarkable 50 per cent year-on-year growth. The rates in the region reached Rs 23,400 per sqft in Q1 2024, up from Rs 13,950 per sqft in Q1 2023.

“Gurugram’s real estate sector is currently witnessing a transformative phase characterized by remarkable growth rates across various localities. Our report underscores Gurugram’s appeal as an investment destination, and we anticipate that this upward trajectory in property prices will persist for several more quarters,” said property cunsaltatnt.
