Whiteland Corporation targets Rs 15000 cr Topline with Westin Residences
In Delhi-NCR, the Dwarka Expressway has become a major investment destination for the real estate sector. The area has also become a significant choice for homebuyers due to its location. The expressway is close to Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport. Realty major Whiteland Corporation has signed an agreement with Marriott International, Inc. to bring Westin Residences to Gurugram. This will be the first residential development in India under the Westin brand.
Westin Residences in Gurugram: Location
The Westin Residences in Gurugram is strategically located in Sector 103 of Gurugram. It will take a 15-minute drive to the CBD of Gurugram and a 15-20-minute drive to residential areas of South and West Delhi. The area includes several landmarks such as the India International Convention Centre (Yashobhoomi), the upcoming DDA Dwarka Golf Course, and Diplomatic Enclave, a premium catchment of expats and diplomats catering to over 35 embassies.
Westin Residences in Gurugram: Investment
The total investment for the Westin Residences in Gurugram is estimated at around Rs 5600 crore, which includes a construction cost of Rs 5000 crore while the land cost is Rs 600 crore. The top line of the project is pegged at Rs 15000 crore. This will also be the largest standalone branded residences project announced in India.

The first phase of Westin Residences in Gurugram, consisting of 674 exclusive residences, is set to launch in the second quarter of the financial year 2024-25.

The Westin Residences in Gurugram will be an urban resort featuring three- and four-bedroom residences ranging from 235 sqm to 386 sqm. The buyers will have access to high-end amenities while enjoying 20 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds dedicated mainly to recreation and outdoor activities.
“The Residences will be elevated on stilts, allowing the landscape to flow underneath them, maximizing the site area dedicated to green spaces taking inspiration from the concept of biophilic curated by internationally acclaimed designers and consultants including Design Consultant Architect Hafeez Contractor, Landscaping by Coopers Hill and Interiors by BM&A,” the company said in a release.
