Signature Global Awards Rs 1,144 Crore Construction Contract to Ahluwalia Contracts

Signature Global has awarded the construction contract of Rs 1144 crore to Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd, for its first premium residential project, ‘De-luxe DXP,’ in Sector 37D, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram.
“We observed an overwhelming response from NRIs and corporate professionals during its launch, with each buyer being allotted only one unit, reflecting strong market sentiment toward real estate investment. Despite being our first premium project, De-luxe DXP achieved a record pre-sale of over Rs 3600 crore within just a few days of its pre-launch,” said Lalit Kumar Aggarwal, Vice Chairman of Signature Global (India) Ltd.
Ahluwalia Contracts aims to complete the De-luxe DXP project within stipulated regulatory timeframe of 5 years.
The project is spread over 16.65 acres in Sector 37D, Gurugram, along the Dwarka Expressway.

The project will offer 1008 units across 8 towers, featuring 3BHK, 3.5BHK, 4.5BHK apartments, and penthouses. It boasts a sales potential of 28.12 lakh sqft and is designed by renowned international architects AEDAS, with landscape design by Sanju Bose and Executive Architects is DFI, Structure consultant by Mahimtura, MEP consultant is Sanelac.
The project is IGBC Gold-rated, ensuring sustainable living. The project includes two clubhouses spanning 80,000 sq. ft., seven swimming pools, podium parking, VRV air conditioning, and four apartments per core. The project includes 1 lakh sq. ft. of high-street retail space, making it a self-contained urban ecosystem.
The company has so far delivered 11 million sq. ft. of housing area and boasts a robust pipeline of approximately 32.2 million sq. ft. of saleable area in our forthcoming projects along with 16.4 million sq. ft. of ongoing projects, set for execution over the next 2-3 years.
